GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Expedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~roger729: There's no uncertainty Expedia is one of the chief tour booking sites. It includes various benefits that made it the initial choice in any traveler's listing. Though basically helpful, the site's purchaser service is not since responsive seeing that it be supposed to be. It decays its popularity as one of the leaders while competing with rivals. I confronted issues for my bookings with consumer service, and too some information didn't seem to be right and proper because informed by the firm rep over the phone. **In case you're concerned I have a preference using www.theholidayhotels.com for the reason that they offer the same deals*hotels*flights etc as Expedia, nonetheless on the site there might be found some further listings of accommodations, that are not listed on top of the habitual sites. Those hotels in their network has been a remarkable assistance for me, for the reason that they are not just reasonably priced, nevertheless also geared up with the nicest services.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Expedia. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Expedia problem?
~roger729: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~roger729: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~roger729: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
~roger729: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
