~Bishoy George: What happened was I booked my ticket on the **th of Nov and then I was checking today to see if it's changed or not but unfortunately it went down $** so I called to match the price and ask for a refund and they just made a big deal saying sor*we can't do it since it passed **hrs even though I talked to the manager but she couldn't even do anything and I was so pissed
