GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Expedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Marco : Your response is just something disgusting. I see how you valuate your customers. I do recognize that this is the first time I had trouble with Expedia at this level. The quality went down drastically. I cannot believe that Expedia has in its list hotels that can commit then cancel a reservation throwing a family in the middle of nowhere. More importantly, it is not the mistake with respect to a third party hotel, It is the way you tried to recover from this huge defect. You should have handled the case more seriously when a family was put in danger in the middle of the night. In addition, I told them everything beforehand, that i have a sick child and that I'm arriving very late to L.A with family. They were unable to take their medication as a result of sleeping in the Airport where an agent was so kind to allow us in the freezing lobby. I spoke for hours with your associates but they just didn't care and the Expedia wrong doing was consistent across all agents I spoke with but may

~Marco : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Marco : For that I would say five out of five.

~Marco : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
