GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Experian customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~A Day Redeemed: After the humanity-deprived ordeal at Experion's main *** number, I got this one of yours by Googling.**A woman picked it up on about the second ring. She wasn't the happiest person in the history of Earth, but did, with exasperation in her voice, transfer me to an agent.**And this person was great: she was nice, she was knowledgeable, and with friendliness she guided me to the next steps, with some helpful tips included.**Turns out I need a report number, which I get from getting my report at the website (not being able to resolve it with her then and there is the reason I give only * stars for helpfulness). One of her tips is, when calling the main number, when I get the recordings to type my report number in, then hit *.**So this number of yours already has made an enormously positive difference. I feel MUCH better. Thank you so much!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Experian. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Experian problem?
