~wastof time: HORRIBLE. Used the 'them call you' option during normal business hours. Unending error msgs popped up in IE. So used Firefox to use this option. Waited over ** minutes for them and never got a call. Doubt if I ever would have. Still have tons of popups that wont go away until I restart. Thanks a lot.
