~thw1calh@aol.com: I am still on hold and unsure if i have registered my concern about my possible fraud issue or whether I just bought a product that is taking a long time to process. I am very disappointed in getting a person who keeps putting me on hold and then adding more requests. what is needed i s someone who clearly can assist you in reporting a fraud and then give a customer clear and expediant instructions on how to proceed. Five minutes later and I am still on hold and frustrated yet I am holding on out of fear about the fraud issue.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Experian. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Experian problem?
~thw1calh@aol.com: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~thw1calh@aol.com: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Experian's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~thw1calh@aol.com: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Experian customers?
~thw1calh@aol.com: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Experian to know who you are.
