~Charlene Smiht: This is a horrible system. I need to speak with a live person and I don't have an Experian number. JUST HORRIBLE!!!! Don't remember the last time I received a free copy of my credit report cant find that out because your system is Horrible. You people need to use regular Customer Service. It's called answering the **** phone to answer any and all questions within your scope. I have some questions and I don't have a **** Experian *. Please all me at Charlen Smith ***-***-****
