~Doug: Tried twice to get thru to lift a freeze on my credit info. First attempt : online experian site experian.com was unsuccessful**nd and *rd attempts with calls to ***-***-**** and *** *** **** were to get customer service (human) but also unsuccessful after getting put on hold for ** minutes**th attempt using online service (experian.com again) finally achieved original task but without human assistance.

~Doug: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Doug: For that I would say five out of five.
