~davis square: i was in a bind and needed some help getting my report after being locked out of the system on a deadline for some legal matters.. although at first i was told there was no way to get what i needed in time in the end (wish i knew his name!) my service rep found a way to get me my report in *-** days (before the deadline of ** days!) i'm so grateful because i would've missed it and had to start the process all over again which would have put me out another * mos! experian should loosen the requirements for proof of address (for ex make a letter from the bank or lease acceptable) in my case i had jusxt moved (bank statement in old address and have no insurance or utilities in my name).

~davis square: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~davis square: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Experian's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~davis square: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Experian customers?
~davis square: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Experian to know who you are.
