~sarge: Every time I need refills I do not receive them because ex scripts says they did not receive order from doctor although doctor has copies of fax showing the orders were sent in. When I first started, all six of my medications were phoned to express scripts as I waited and listened* this because they say they never receive anything. A week later I called to see how they were doing and was told by a supervisor that no call was ever made. When I told him I heard the call THEN he said he would check the phone records and found a copy of the call that had never been acted upon (he didn't know why). The latest-May *th two orders are sent E prescription because they say fax never received. One week later receive one prescription. Two more days receive phone call saying other prescription will be sent shortly. One week more and I call to see about it and am told they never received an order for the refill even though they previously called and acknowledged it and said it would be sent shortl
