~family man: ExpressScripts gets prescriptions wrong, then blame the doctors, claiming it is the doctors fault the prescription is wrong. The thing is these doctors never have any problems submitting prescriptions to numerous local pharmacies. The real problem is with Express Scripts. They are driven by profit, not by service. Once they have the contract to fill the prescriptions, it's service be damned because they have already monopolized you as a client since your provider doesn't let you go somewhere else where the service is better.**I'm a heart patient. I'm educated, and still dealing with this company is like dealing with morons. It took them nearly a full * weeks to get my prescriptions straight. Now, I need refills and cant get them to contact the doctor to get them updated. The doctors don't like dealing with them either. These guys waste my time and my doctor's time because they aren't set up to provide timely and efficient service.**If you have any input as to whether your comp
