GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Express Scripts customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~oknahs: I am insured by UPMC High which is the best policy they have and recently was billed from express scripts $*** which in **** cost $** per quarter. I asked them to itemize my drug invoice so I can see what they are charging me for each drug. They tell me it will take up to ** business days to get this to me by mail. They will not disclose charges on a email. Walmart drug prices that I would take without insurance is $** quarter. UPMC now has a $*** deductible for drug benefits which they didn't have in ****. If they don't want to itemize the costs I can only conclude this is because they are so much higher with insurance coverage then Walmart charges without coverage.
