~Debbie: I called in my refill by phone * days ago, talked w*someone, had date it would arrive. Never came. Had a automatic call which I thought was a crossover*bloop in system. Put on hold today ** times**-*** hr. call. My med hung up co. wanted to know if I wanted generic and sat there until I called them re: where is my med? Co. is charging me **.** to send it *-* day express. Their fault, not mine. Am out of med and will have extreme, dangerous side effects due to it. Rep and supervisor very little help. Awful co. Will mail my retiree benefits a letter of how awful they are.
