~Black Phoenix: I had a prescription filled through Express Scripts. The dosage was changed and I had the new prescription filled. They sent me the old dosage and charges my debit card -- both without authorization. It seems their default is that they have permission until you tell them otherwise!!! When I called, it was like I was speaking a foreign language and no one could understand why I didn't want to pay $** dollars for a prescription that I didn't ask for and couldn't use. One of the representatives actually told me that if I cut the pill in half I could use the prescription!!! I asked them how cutting a *** mg pill would make it *** mg? I asked to speak to a supervisor and got a voice mail. I HATE using this company.
