GetHuman-209771: The website never works and I've had serious problems dealign with them from the beginning. When I had the flu it took them * weeks to get my prescription out. Eventually I just had to go and pay full price at the pharmacy. My new insurance kicked in this month yet they autorefilled and sent out $*** in prescriptions the day before and REFUSE to issue any refund. Apparently the policy is if its only auto renew they won't refund. However I had no idea of knowing when the new insurance (from my new job) would override this one. Customer service is always rude and they literally have messed every single order they have sent me. What a rip off....they know you have to use them.
