GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Express Scripts customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~idiot: Wow.. absolutely awful. Once you're with express scripts, you have no choice but to use them for your prescriptions, which they are very aware of. If you have only one member of your family signed up, it may work. But.. as soon as dependents are a part of the profile, express-scripts is a catastrophe. There is no way to change any information on their website, they give you no information regarding your account, and complaining is so useless that the rep just tells you "I will ignore your complaint, this is how we do things." Usually I have to make two phone calls to fix things. The first call to try to solve the problem, and the second call to have them fix what the first rep messed up, and listen to futile apologies. Stay away if you can!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Express Scripts. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Express Scripts problem?
~idiot: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~idiot: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Express Scripts's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~idiot: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Express Scripts customers?
~idiot: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Express Scripts to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~idiot taken from his Express Scripts customer service problem that occurred on October 27th, 2017.
