GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/05/17?
GetHuman-jhbfcddc: I purchase a facebook giftcard from CVS. *I redeemed my giftcard on my facebook acct.*It said i have $***.** available. *I log into my game to make a purchase. *It asks me if i wanna use my $***.** available balance towards my purchase. *I accept it. *Then i get a popup saying due to unusual activity my payments have been tenporarily suspended. *I wrote in to facebook and submit my photo id. *They respond (** days later) that they apologize for the inconvenience and have removed the hold on my acct. *i try to make my purchase again. *I get a popup saying due to unusual activity your payments have been disabled. *I write in again explaining what happened. *Once again about ** days later i get a response that I have violated there terms and conditions and they dont feel comfortable unlocking my payments. *I either want them to unlock it and let me make my single purchase or recund me my $***.** that they are holding hostage and not allowing me to use.

GetHuman-jhbfcddc: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jhbfcddc: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-jhbfcddc: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
