GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-leliaha: Have a suggestion or idea for Facebook , on the pokes , I and a few others I have had contact with wish that while facebook is doing a few changes , we thought it might be a nice addition to be able to tip a hat or clink a glass or dance around the room or walk a midnight walk or blow a kiss or knock someone in the head or throat punch ,or pray for someone or just say I love n miss ya instead of only being able to poke . Just thought it would be a fun add on . Thank you for allowing me to give this suggestion . And I hope to hear from someone or see that add on soon !!!!!!!! Have a Blessed day .

GetHuman-leliaha: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-leliaha: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Facebook's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-leliaha: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Facebook customers?
GetHuman-leliaha: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Facebook to know who you are.
