GetHuman-400098: I am needing to talk to a person. I am using a tablet so therefore using the Facebook app everytime I go to sign in to the Facebook app it forces closed on me almost immediately. I called Samsung to see if possibly there was something wrong with my tablet and he told me that the new update that you guys did does not support Kit Kat on some devices. My device so happens to have Kit Kat.I need to resolve this issue because I do not like going to facebook.com it does not give me the options that I like that the app does plus I have an Android tablet for a reason!how can I speak to a person to get this situation handled? The Samsung representative told me that I need to talk to somebody so that I can give them all of the information I can so that Facebook can fix the issue that many many many people are having!
