~Lori Ricatta-Amuro: When I have a problem I want to speak to a representative. You don't offer telephone support, something needed to be taken down by a very sick customer you have. You fail to remove her sick video on a report of a man being shot at work. You need to be there to remove these sick videos and remove that person from Facebook. I'm going to leave your site and I hope a lot of people follow. Your customers services is the worst ever!!!
