~Dniles: Im writing for my mom who is on ssi her service was disconnected due to non payment even though she had payed all but **.**dollars. She paid on friday after accounct suspended. She let me know on Sunday that account was still not working i called customer service they told me to call back on Monday and let them know we had made payment. When i called they said we had to pay *** to get service back. They said they had totally disconnected on Sunday the *st and that if i had called(which i did) this could have been fixed but now there was no way anyone could help me resolve this issue. My mom has been a loyal customer for * years and i was told that didn't matter i was very disappointed inn the customer service i received.
