GetHuman-josh_she: I am fairly upset with this service provider! Not only does it literally take me about * minutes before anything (including my own settings tab) pops up but this is the second time I receive random charges. If I have a confirmation number and it is paid I should not be charged a second time. Even though they say they don't charge you any late fees its **$ to re activate your account. So it just seems like their out for your money nothing else. I am very displeased. Infact so much that I had to look up a place to complain because the survey for Family mobile doesn't work and there is no help section that can cover when they rip you off. Wonder why?
