GetHuman-219490: the lady representative name lizenette is rude. Iam not sure of spelling of her name as she refused to spell it. I just want to keep a record for my follow up call. she just hang up the phone on me. she is not qualify to be a customer representative.she is disrespectful- talking the same time as I was talking.
