GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Fandango customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~smokinss: Fandango took my money via credit card for their "convenience fee" thinking that I would get tickets emailed to me so I could use my phone or print them. After I get the transaction they advise me that I have to go inside the theater, use the theater kiosk, enter a ** digit code and my credit card to get tickets. It is faster, easier and cheaper to just use the kiosk in the first place. I requested a refund and was denied. I had assumed I would be able to print tickets at home and bypass the lines and kiosk. However, I still had to go to the kiosk and use my credit card and enter the ** digit confirmation code to get a ticket. I could have easily just used the kiosk with my card and saved the $*.**. THERE IS NO CONVENIENCE with this fee and I would like a refund. I emailed your customer service and was turned down. I am asking your Marketing department to reconsider the refund of $*.**. *They **** for customer service. I would not have used them if I had known that they do not provide
