~TEA: Have you ever bought something or ordered something and later discovered you didnt get what you asked for maybe because you didn't check your item or food til you left? Well whats so different about tickets? We recently bought tickets to a game and didnt realize till we were turned away at the door that they gave us a different day from what we asked for .This could happen top anyone but is it really your fault or the person at the ticket window? Why would you wait in line for hours to but a ticket and not come to the game. If we had noticed this mistake beforehand we would've made every effort to come on that day instead of bring out of $***. Then to be mucked by the people in the ticket office like you did something wrong. No apologies, no empathy, nothing. It was bad enough losing that kind of money but the extremely poor treatment we received from more than * person was uncalled for and very disappointing.The stag and the manager kept transferring me to another person after obvious
