GetHuman-196881: I was trying to get directions to the store and it was almost * minutes on hold for the connection to the store. The person in the FedEx store did not know if they were on the east or west side of the street. She was pleasant but confused about where east and west are. It was finally solved.

GetHuman-196881: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-196881: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
