~LBM: USE SOMEONE ELSE. They tried to deliver my package three days in a row square in the middle of the only * hours during the day I told them no one would be home. Aweful customer service. Would not make it right. Left my package sitting at a pick up facility, quite a ways from my house, that I also had major trouble getting to in time to sign for it. NEVER will I use them again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting FedEx. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a FedEx problem?
~LBM: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LBM: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FedEx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LBM: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other FedEx customers?
~LBM: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FedEx to know who you are.
