GetHuman-199920: I called the customer service number three times today. Each time I got put on hold. After several minutes on hold, I just got a loud beep,beep,beep. Could not get an answer from anyone other than the first person who hissaid they had not received my returned merchandise. The post office tells me that it was delivered on Jan. **th!!!
