~Alan: Wait is almost nothing, most of the support people are from Argentina and are contracted by the company itself, which is something most companies don't do. Support is great. If there's any issues in your zone, they will give you the exact time (usually more then what it will be) you have to wait for it to be fixed.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Fibertel. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Fibertel problem?
~Alan: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Alan: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
