~urum: Filled online account opening in my wifes name no response for three days, no e-mail , no mail wonder whats going on*Called them after three days asking whats going on. It took then ** mins to find the application. Then they can't figure why the application was getting processed. Never could figure out why there is no e-mail correspondence or no mail correspondence.*I was some bug on system where my account fell throw the cracks. They couldn't come back in any good terms. Basically felt like bad bank which just needs my money in all terms. After the conversation i felt in secure to the point pretty much closed all the accounts with them.

~urum: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~urum: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~urum: For that I would say four out of five.
