~CaliGirl: Just got loan, called because payment due I have no booklet payment stubs! I called got first rep she said after I gave SSN* that they don't have my **day old loan? She said we probably sold it to another loan Co. My response was that's illegal you didn't even give me written notice or my consent? She said huh normally you get a letter? Well again no answers I'm the only one trying to make a payment where as others probably would let it go! It's there fault! So she said here's a * call them see if they have your loan! I refused and said you call them keep me on the phone so we all can talk!! After ** minutes on hold she hung up. Clearly this rep new nothing! She easily could of said hang on let me help I'll call a supervisor!? No get dial tone! I then reach out to crappy dealership who linked me to this stupid bank, he calls me back assured me they do have my loan. He said here use my dealership direct line call someone who will talk to you. I do, then this man says hmm we must have t
