~yyork: Everything about this company is bad. They gave me a line of credit to use last year, but when I tried to buy my son a couple of watches online for his college graduation gift, I could not & was told to contact the fraud department. After many phone calls, transfers, hold times, etc., not one person can tell me any legitimate reason for the freeze on the account or me being treated like a criminal. When I have tried to pay my balance online, I cannot. When I try to pay through the automated phone system, I cannot. When I try to talk to a human to pay, they are rude and don't seem to understand I am trying to pay my balance in full because they are too busy with their canned collection speech. I will NEVER order from this company again.
