~pissed off in Brooklyn Park: I finally got thru to someone who told me the promo code for free shipping didn't apply to my order. the web site is slow and unreliable, just like the employee I talked to about the free shipping issue. If Fingerhut wants to hire customer service people who can't resolve problems, or speak and understand English, then they're going to have to understand that I pay only for what I get.... Take that to the bank.
