~GopherGirl: Amazing customer service! I got my fit bit almost * months ago and I did not have the receipt or the original box because I received it as a gift. My fit bit display screen and button were not working and Mario R was very nice and helpful. I am currently getting a new one sent in the mail! Truly a great company and they do really care about you!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~GopherGirl: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fitbit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GopherGirl: For that I would say three out of five.
