~disapointed in CO: Apparently, the Fitbit Ultra is not a very good product. We have had it for less that * years, only used it about a month. It set for about a year and a half and now won't sync to my computer. The customer service rep did offer me a **% percent discount on a new Fitbit Ultra model updated, but I declined because, if this one only lasted * month, why spend $** on another.
