GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Fitbit customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Cat Lady: I called Fitbit customer service because we were able to download the Fitbit Application*Software but were unable to install it. We kept getting an error message when we tried to add the Fitbit One Device. While they were unable to help me on the phone at that moment they took all my information and a screenshot of the error message and escalated the issue. Within ** hrs I had an email stating we needed to update our Internet Explorer. We use Mozella Firefox for our browser. So we updated Internet Explorer and that did the trick. I was up and ready to go within * minutes.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Fitbit. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Fitbit problem?
~Cat Lady: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Cat Lady: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fitbit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Cat Lady: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Fitbit customers?
~Cat Lady: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fitbit to know who you are.
