GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/19/17?
GetHuman-jmath52: I like the basic fitbit. The band is difficult to fasten. If I let the battery run totally down, I have to reset the device everytime. I like that it is waterproof. I understand some of your other products are not. I had a Jawbone Charge and liked their app better until I hooked the button and ripped the guts out. It could distinguish between wake and sleep. Fitbit will not. Your app could use some work to measure up.

GetHuman-jmath52: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-jmath52: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fitbit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jmath52: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Fitbit customers?
GetHuman-jmath52: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fitbit to know who you are.
