~Jane in St. Louis: I spoke with Maria in Guatamala about my two part problem. She immediately assured me she would be able to help with both issues. She gave excellent instructions for fixing the first and I saw results after just a minute. Maria arranged a call back time for the day after tomorrow to confirm the results. Next she speedily arranged a solution to the other issue and we said goodbye for now! Thank you, Maria!!
