~FLliving : Knowing that there is a flaw in their product one would think that the company would have some over the phone customer service reps ready to assist. Clearly not the case here I've called numerous times and no one answers the phone or I'm told that the company is not accepting phone calls at this time makes me wonder if the company is about to pull and Houdini and disappear?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Fitbit. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Fitbit problem?
~FLliving : I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~FLliving : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fitbit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~FLliving : For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Fitbit customers?
~FLliving : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fitbit to know who you are.
