~Gddyupn: My clasp fell off on my FitBit flex and I lost the tracker. I called to see if there was a way for them to track it, and they put me on hold for a few minutes. Came back and told me they would replace it, free of charge. It normally takes *-* business days, and I was happy to get it that quickly. But they pulled up my record, saw how much I used it, and told me that they would overnight it to me instead, so I could continue tracking my steps. Great company, great customer service!

~Gddyupn: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Gddyupn: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fitbit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gddyupn: For that I would say three out of five.
