~Not happy customer: This company is horrible! I bought a fitbit it took forever to get to me, when I finally get it the flex does not work. So I call and I was understanding, get my replacement fitbit a week later. Again this "new one" also didn't work. So they wanted to send me another one. I got upset and told them to let me speak to a manager. The manager was suppose to call me back, I never got a call. Over a month after I purchased my Fitbit and I still don't have one that is working. I will never buy anything from them again and I sure will not recommend anybody else to!

~Not happy customer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Not happy customer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fitbit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Not happy customer: For that I would say five out of five.

~Not happy customer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fitbit to know who you are.
