GetHuman-257997: Yes, they promptly answer the phone.*Big deal they make up for it with crappy customer service. They've got a young man in Central America answering the phone.* My scale arrived with a broken spring and Fitbit wants a picture of it before they will respond further.*Now they charged me * times for the same item that has been back oredered for * months. Although I did not order it until they sent an email indicating it was time to order. Then they sent an email to say I would get a discount because it was taking so long. I thought that I would get a refund check for the discount, but no...they charged my credit card again.* You can't make this stuff up.*GOOD GRIEF
