~Joe Peterson: To Whom It May Concern* Frday evening (****) my family and I went to your Guppy's Restaurant in Boca Raton. We have been going to this Flannigan's for over ** years back when it was a small bar with a liquor store. We visit at least two times a week. Obviously we enjoy your restaurant very much. The atmosphere is great, the food is better than average, the prices are very reasonable, and it is just a very enjoyable place to go. Now, here comes the complaint. We ordered dinner. I have a * year old daughter who ordered a grill cheese sandwhich. We asked to have the crusts removed. The waitress said the cooks were too busy to do that. We asked if she could do it. She said she was too busy. Now you have to understand, I know this is a minor thing. I understand completly you are busy, but for us to do this, we need a plate and a special knife, neither of which we had. So we had to request these things, taking the waitress longer than cutting crust would have taken. Later on the manager came
