~MAD KAYAKER: Purchased two kayaks on their online memorial day sale. Waited a week for them to let me know when they were shipping. Called the store and was told that I had to pay an additional $*** in Shipping, even though the sale stated it was free shipping. Then they called a week later and stated the the price we paid (Billed my credit card and receipt to prove it), was too little. Tried to bill an additional $***. Not a single concession and still don't have my refund a month later. This company is a scam, liars, thief's. Terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
