~501brownie: I'm about to lose my job if by next week I don't receive my permission to release letter. I requested this on May *th & as of May **th on release letter. I have spoken to * different people, and no one seems to care that Im about to lose my job and my home b*c my car was recently totaled and I never received my title and my car had a lien on it still due to me never receiving the title. I need this letter so that I can receive a copy of my title, recieve my check from the insurance company and purchase a new car. The car wreck was bad enough but waiting *weeks for a letter and not being able to do anything put check the mail everday and be disappointed is the worst. I feel very disappointed with ford for not understanding the importance of this matter and doing everything in their power to assist me. I now understand how so many people can lose so much do to others not caring.
