To top it all off, the dealer*salesperson does not have one single contact number for anyone at any higher level in the Ford company to find my van. Nor does Ford have a national search ability. I have spent weeks and hundreds of hours on the phone trying to get through to someone at Ford who has any type of authority or inventory knowledge. That person does not exist throughout the entire country, just like your "virtual" vehicle that
