~tangokilo: How to get through for real: when the automated voice asks if you want service in English or French, DON'T DO ANYTHING. Just wait. It should put you right through to an agent. You might get cut off, but keep trying - I got through on my second try, with no hold time, and the lady on the phone was really nice. Good luck, dudes.
