~A: I asked specific questions about coverage and what I can do to increase the signal as I'm not getting any. I keep being told I'm not in the coverage area where the map clearly shows I am. I checked the map before I ordered. I feel like I'm talking to a robot named Jared. Also, they do not answer all of my questions. I had to send in a screenshot of the map. Why do I have to even do this? What ever happened to giving the customer a good experience and leaving them satisfied??
