GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's FreedomPop customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~tallship: They billed me ** bucks and I'm on the free plan. I called **.***.***.**** and a nice, native English speaking customer service rep took my call, refunded my ** bucks, and said that I would have one month of service on the premium plan (*GB data).**He added that, I should call before the next ** days are up and they will be happy to downgrade me to the free plan again at my request - but you should note that he said the only way you can downgrade is to call them, since they don't have a way to do it on the web. I thought that was kind of sneaky, but regardless, my problem seems to have been solved now.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting FreedomPop. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a FreedomPop problem?
~tallship: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tallship: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FreedomPop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tallship: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other FreedomPop customers?
~tallship: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for FreedomPop to know who you are.
