~jchamb2010: To get the fastest response time without holding up your time do this. Call ***-***-**** press * then * again. Then while the hold music is playing press *. This will initiate a call back. Follow the prompts and then hang up. They'll call you back when a tech is available.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting FreedomPop. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a FreedomPop problem?
~jchamb2010: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jchamb2010: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about FreedomPop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
